OVERNIGHT OATS

overnight oats

 

BLUEBERRY & LEMON OATS

  • ½ Cup Raw Rolled Oats
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Water (or Almond Milk)
  • Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of Vanilla Powder (optional)
  • 1 TBsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • !/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 14 Raw Almonds
  • 2 tsp 100% Maple Syrup (or honey)

Soak Overnight in fridge (covered)

Serve topped with 1 tsp Almond Butter (optional)!

You can add a bit of almond milk if it’s a bit too thick…

PEANUT BUTTER & RAISIN OATS

  • ½ Cup Raw Rolled Oats
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Water (or Almond Milk)
  • Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of Vanilla Powder (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)
  • ¼ Cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup (or honey)

Soak overnight in fridge (covered)

Serve with an extra dollop of peanut butter & strawberries/bananas (sliced)!

You can add a bit of almond milk if it’s a bit too thick…

 

coffee overnight oats

COFFEE & BANANA OATS

  • 1/2 Cup Raw Rolled Oats
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Coffee
  • Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of Vanilla Powder (optional)
  • 1 Banana (mashed)
  • 14 Almonds
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup (or honey)

Soak overnight in fridge (covered)

Serve topped with fresh banana slices and dates or blueberries!

You can add a bit of almond milk if it’s a bit too thick
