GOOD FATS

These GOOD fats (Vit.F) are VITAL to many of the body’s METABOLIC processes, especially the ENDOCRINE system (HORMONES!), particularly the ADRENAL GLANDS.

A lack of Vit.F is said to contribute to skin disorders (dry, flaky skin, loss of texture, premature wrinkles, and brittle nails), gallstones, loss of hair (or lifeless hair), impaired growth, affect reproductive functions, including vaginal dryness, difficult periods, pre-menstrual syndrome, heavy periods, and breast pain, kidney and prostate disorders, persistent viral infections, and joint pain and stiffness. These good fats (Vit.F) are best eaten ONE AT A TIME for easier digestion. The best sources are AVOCADOS (one to three ad day), NUTS/SEEDS (50-100g per day), SWEET CORN on the cob (one to five per day), OLIVES (dried or in brine – five to ten per day), or COLD-PRESSED VEGETABLE OILS (one-three tablespoons per day).

NATURAL, UNPROCESSED, UNHEATED PLANT FATS are best and essential for OPTIMUM health!
